Apr. 6th, 2006 03:11 pmMoulting season has hit big time. Although Tink - who has the thickest and most fur I've ever seen in a short-haired cat - seems to moult all year round, it is at this time of year, when birdsong and blossom burst forth, that the fur starts falling most frequently. Covering everything (inclding visitors) in a delicate, sneeze-inducing gossamer web.
As such, I have decided to brush the Tinklepest every day to try to halt, or at least decrease, this invasion of fine-hairs-that-stick-to-everything-except-the-cat-they-came-from. Tink, naturally, is most agreeable to this, and has already cancelled several appointments in his diary to make space for Brushing Time. So if anyone wants a mattress restuffing, just give me a week ;-).
